# Find a recurring invoice, preview it and see its history

Every recurring invoice has a preview that shows its schedule, and a history of the invoices it has sent.

### Find a recurring invoice

- **Website:** go to **Invoicing** → **Recurring invoices**.
- **App:** **Menu** → **All modules** → **Recurring invoices**, or **Manage** under **RUNNING ON AUTOPILOT** on the dashboard.

On the website, filter by status (**Active**, **Paused**, **Completed**), customer, amount, frequency and more. The list shows how many invoices each one has sent and its **Next send date**.

In the app, tap a chip: **All schedules**, **Active**, **Paused**, **Completed** or **Limited**.

### Preview it

- **Website:** open the row menu → **Preview**. The schedule card shows how often it runs, the next date, when it started, when it last sent, and how many are sent so far.
- **App:** tap the row. You'll see the customer, the schedule, the items, the totals and the last 5 activity entries.

The preview is read-only. To change something, use **Edit** from the row menu (app: hold the row → **Edit**). See *Edit a recurring invoice*.

### See what it has sent

- **Website:** row menu → **View activity**.
- **App:** hold the row → **History**. It lists up to 20 invoices it created.

Each invoice it sends is a normal invoice. Open it from **Invoices** to resend it, record a payment or download it.

### FAQ

**It says "Paused — nothing will be sent".** Activate it again from the row menu (see *Pause, re-activate or stop a recurring invoice*).

**It says "All N invoices sent".** It has finished. Create a new one, or duplicate it, to keep billing.
