# Show or hide content, QR code and branding

Choose what appears on your invoices and estimates.

### Hide details

1. **Web:** **Settings** → **Invoice** → **Hide content in invoice and estimate**. **App:** **Menu** → **All modules** → **Setup** → **Invoice branding**.
2. Tick what to hide: 
     - **Hide my content**: your address, country, phone or email.
     - **Hide customer content**: the same four for your customer.
     - **Hide Bill to and Bill from labels**.
3. Click **Save**.

Everything shows until you hide it. The settings apply to every invoice and estimate. In the emails your customer gets, only your address, phone and email in the footer are hidden.

### QR code

**Add QR code to PDF.** prints a QR code on your PDFs. Scanning it opens the customer's online invoice, where they can view and pay. It's on by default. To remove it, untick it and click **Save**.

### InvoiceQuick branding in emails

**Hide IQ branding from send email footer.** (under **Format options**) removes "Powered by InvoiceQuick" from the emails your customers get. If your plan ends, the branding comes back.

### Other things you can show

- **Payment stub**: a tear-off slip on the PDF. Switch it on per invoice in the editor.
- **Custom fields**: extra details such as a tax ID, printed under your business details. See *Your business details on invoices (name, address, tax ID)*.

### FAQ

**I can't untick the QR code.** The switch is locked on your current plan. Your customer can still use the QR code to open the invoice.

**The QR code doesn't open anything.** Download a fresh PDF and scan it again. If it still doesn't work, send us the invoice number.

**Can I hide my business name?** There's no option for that. You can hide your address, country, phone and email.
