How inactivity affects free and paid accounts, including potential account termination and data retention policies.
Free Plans: Although free plans are no longer available, if you had one previously, your account might have been terminated and data deleted after 6 months (180 days) of inactivity. We would have notified you via email before taking any action, giving you a chance to log in and keep your account active.
Paid Accounts: For paid accounts, inactivity does not affect your account status. Your account and data remain secure, regardless of how long it remains inactive as long as you have an active subscription.
However, if you stop paying and your account becomes inactive for 180 days, it may be suspended or deleted.
