# Your dashboard

Your dashboard shows what you're owed, what needs your attention and how your business is doing, all on one page.

### On the web

The dashboard opens when you log in. From top to bottom:

1. **Invoice problems** (only when there are any): invoices whose last email bounced or was marked as spam, and failed card payments.
2. **You're owed:** money still owed on sent invoices, split into **Current** and **Overdue**. It lists your 5 oldest overdue invoices. Click **View all →** to see them all.
3. **When you're ready:** drafts waiting to be sent and estimates your customers accepted.
4. **How the business is doing:** two charts. **Sales** shows what you've invoiced. **Cash flow** shows money collected, expenses and net. Pick a period at the top of the card.
5. **Invoice aging:** how many overdue invoices are 1–14 days late, 15–30 days late, and so on. Click **View invoices →** to open them.
6. **What the system is doing for you:** recurring invoices and reminders due to go out in the next 5 days.

### In the app

Tap the **Dashboard** tab. You'll see **YOU'RE OWED**, a period card (**INVOICED**, **COLLECTED**, **Collection rate**), any **30+ days overdue** invoices, drafts to send, and **RUNNING ON AUTOPILOT**. Tap the date chip to change the period. Pull down to refresh.

A new account sees a setup checklist until the first invoice is **sent**.

### Good to know

- Amounts show **one currency at a time**. If you invoice in several, pick the currency at the top.
- Expenses and net figures appear only when your company's default currency is selected.
- To choose the period the website opens on, go to **Settings** → **Invoice** → **Format options** → **Dashboard default date range**, then click **Save**.
- Drafts and void invoices are never counted.

### FAQ

**"You're owed" and "Invoice aging" don't match.** Use **You're owed** for the amount still owed. Invoice aging is best for seeing how late invoices are.

**Where are my previous years?** Choose **Last 12 months** or **Year to date**. For any other dates, use **Reports** → **Total invoiced**.

**How do I turn on reminders from here?** Go to **Invoicing** → **Reminders**. See *How invoice reminders work*.
