Change your name, email or password

Update your own login details. Everyone can do this, whatever their role.

Change your name or email

  1. Website: click your name → Account settings. App: Menu → Profile → Account settings.
  2. Under User information (app: Profile), edit your First name, Last name or Email address.
  3. Click Save (app: Save profile).

If you change your email, we send a verification link to the new address. Open it to verify your account again. Until you do, InvoiceQuick takes you to the verification page instead of your invoices.

Change your password

  1. In Account settings, go to Password (app: Change password).
  2. Enter your Current password, then your New password twice. It needs 8 to 72 characters.
  3. Click Save (app: Update password).

After the change, the app signs out on your other phones. The website stays signed in.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password? (app: Forgot password?).
  2. Enter your email and send the link.
  3. Open the email "Reset Password Notification" and click Reset Password.
  4. Set your new password on the website.

The link works for 60 minutes. You can ask for a new one after 60 seconds.

FAQ

I didn't get the reset email. Check the spelling and your spam folder, and wait a minute before asking again. The message "We have emailed your password reset link." appears even if the email doesn't match an account.

"This password reset token is invalid." The link expired, was used, or a newer one was sent. Request a new link.

"These credentials do not match our records." The email or password is wrong. Check both, or reset your password.

"Too many login attempts. Please try again in {n} seconds." After 5 wrong tries, sign-in is paused for a short time. Wait the time shown, then try again.

"The password is incorrect." The Current password you typed is wrong. Try again, or sign out and use Forgot your password?.

Can I turn on two-factor authentication? Not at the moment.

How do I sign out other devices? Change your password. The app signs out on your other phones.
