How to delete recurring invoice profiles?

Follow these steps to delete a recurring profile, enabling you to manage and adjust your recurring invoices effectively.

 

  1. Click on recurring invoices
  2. Hover over the three dots icon on the right side of the recurring profile you want to delete.
  3. Click on Archive from the available options.


Confirm the deletion when prompted to ensure you want to delete the recurring profile.

Deleting a recurring profile will stop the system from sending any future invoices based on that profile. However, it will not affect the invoices that have already been sent. Those invoices will remain in the system.
