How to find customer details?

A Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Customer Information

InvoiceQuick provides a convenient way to access and explore detailed information about your customers. Follow this guide to view comprehensive customer details from the Customers tab:

Log in to your InvoiceQuick account and access the customer dashboard.

On the "Customers" tab, you'll find a list of existing customers (if any). Click on the name of any customer you wish to explore further. This will open a details page for the selected customer.

Customer Information Section:

  • Customer Name: The name of the selected customer.
  • Customer Phone: Contact phone number for the customer.
  • Customer Fax: Fax number (if applicable) for the customer.
  • Address: Customer's physical address.
  • Country: The country where the customer is located (e.g., United States).
  • State: The state within the country.
  • City: The city where the customer is based.
  • Zip Code: The postal code for the customer's location.
  • Label Language: The language preference for labels used in invoices and communications.
  • Currency: The currency in which the customer prefers to conduct transactions.

Main Contact Information:

  • Name and Surname: The main contact person's name.
  • Email: The email address of the main contact.
  • Phone No: The phone number of the main contact.

Summary of Financial Information:

  • Issued Date Start: The starting date for invoices issued to this customer.
  • Issued Date End: The ending date for invoices issued to this customer.
  • Invoiced: The total amount invoiced to the customer.
  • Collected: The total amount collected from the customer.
  • Amount Due: The outstanding amount yet to be paid by the customer.
  • Past Due: Any payments that are past their due date.
  • Tax Invoiced: The total amount of tax included in the invoices.
  • Expenses: Any recorded expenses related to the customer.

You can also view all their Invoices, Estimates, Payments and Expenses

 

Viewing  Customer end dashboard:

Here you can set up the dashboard PIN code for them to access with the provided dashboard sharable link, which is auto generated. You can email the PIN directly to customer with the corresponding button.

By following these steps, you can efficiently navigate the Customers tab in InvoiceQuick and gain valuable insights into each customer's details, allowing you to manage your business relationships effectively.
