Accessing Customer Statements:
- Go to the Reports.
- Click on Customer Statements. This section will display each of your customers.

Selecting a Customer:
- Use the search function or scroll through the list to find the customer whose statement you want to view.

Viewing and Filtering Customer Statements:
- Once you select a customer, you will be directed to their account statement page
- Here, you can see detailed information, including the Account Statement, Bill To information, a Summary of invoiced amounts, payments, and account balance.

Account Statement Overview:
- Bill To: Displays the customer's billing information.
- Summary as of [Date]: Provides a snapshot of invoiced amounts, payments, and account balance up to the selected date.
- Detailed Summary: This section includes a timeline of all invoice and payment transactions, allowing you to track each activity.

Exporting and Sending Statements:
- You can send the statement directly to the customer by clicking on Send Statement.
- To save a copy of the statement, use the Export CSV option.
- If you prefer a printed version, click on Print Statement.
