# How to See Customer Statements

## This guide will walk you through the process of viewing and managing customer statements. You will learn how to access, filter, and export customer statements to gain insights into your total revenue per customer.

- **Accessing Customer Statements:**
  
    - Go to the **Reports**.

    - Click on **Customer Statements**. This section will display each of your customers.

- **Selecting a Customer:**
  
    - Use the search function or scroll through the list to find the customer whose statement you want to view.

- **Viewing and Filtering Customer Statements:**
  
    - Once you select a customer, you will be directed to their account statement page

    - Here, you can see detailed information, including the **Account Statement**, **Bill To** information, a **Summary** of invoiced amounts, payments, and account balance.
- **Account Statement Overview:**
  
    - **Bill To**: Displays the customer's billing information.
    - **Summary as of \[Date\]**: Provides a snapshot of invoiced amounts, payments, and account balance up to the selected date.
    - **Detailed Summary**: This section includes a timeline of all invoice and payment transactions, allowing you to track each activity.

- **Exporting and Sending Statements:**
  
    - You can send the statement directly to the customer by clicking on **Send Statement**.
    - To save a copy of the statement, use the **Export CSV** option.
    - If you prefer a printed version, click on **Print Statement**.
