Taxable sales report

The Taxable sales report lists every taxed line on your invoices, grouped by month, so you can see how much tax you charged.

Open the report

1. Go to Reports → Taxable sales (app: Menu → Reports → Taxable sales).
2. Set From: and To:.
3. Pick the Currency.

What it shows

For each taxed line on invoices issued in your dates:

• Date and Invoice
• Item name
• Sales price
• Tax rate and Tax amount

Lines are grouped by month, with a Total per month. The app shows Tax: and Taxable: per month.

Lines with no tax aren't listed.

One currency at a time

The report never adds different currencies together. It opens in your company currency if you use it, otherwise the first currency it finds. Switch Currency to see the others.

Export

• Website: Export CSV, or Print to download a PDF.
• App: Export PDF or Export CSV.

Good to know

• The report uses the invoice's issue date, not the payment date.
• The report currently also lists lines from draft and void invoices. Check the Invoice column against your invoice list before you use the totals.
• This report helps you prepare your tax return. Check the figures with your accountant.

FAQ

My report is empty. Check your dates and currency. Only lines with a tax show up.

Can I group by tax name or region? Not at the moment. Export the CSV and sort it in a spreadsheet.
