Work in several companies and switch between them

One login can work in more than one company. A bookkeeper can belong to several clients' companies, for example. Each company has its own invoices, customers, settings and plan.

Switch company

• Website: click the company name (building icon) at the top and pick another company.
• App: Menu → Profile, tap the company row and pick one.

After switching, you land on the Dashboard (team members on Invoices). Notifications, exports and lists all follow the company you're in.

Join another company

The owner of that company invites you (see Team members and roles). Accept the invitation from your email, and the company appears in your switcher.

Own a company

Each person can own one company. If you signed up yourself, you own the company you created then.

You can only create a new company when you have no company you can use, for example after you were removed from your only one. You'll see a page asking for a Company name with Create my company.

I clicked an invoice link and got "Page not found". The invoice may belong to another company. Switch company and try again.

I was invited and InvoiceQuick opened another company. Use the switcher to go back to your own company.

How do I leave a company? Ask its owner to remove you. Members can't leave on their own.

The switcher shows "SUSPENDED". The owner suspended your access there. Ask them to restore it.
