"Your account is suspended": access removed or company disabled
There are two different reasons you might be blocked. The message you see tells you which one.
Your access to one company was suspended
The company's owner can suspend a team member's access.
What you see:
- Website: "Your account in {Company} company is suspended."
- App: "You no longer have access to this company", with Switch company, Check again and Sign out.
What to do:
- Ask the company's owner to restore your access. They do this in the team settings (see Team members and roles). You won't get an email when it's restored, so check the switcher or tap Check again.
- Your login still works. If you belong to other companies, switch to them. If you don't, you can create your own company.
The whole company was disabled
InvoiceQuick can disable a whole company, for example after too many spam complaints about its emails, after a long time without sign-ins, or after a review by our team.
What you see:
- Everyone in the company is signed out.
- The login page shows the reason, for example: "We temporarily disabled your account because some of your emails have been marked as spam. Reach out to support@invoicequick.com for more information."
- App: the reason, or "Your company account has been suspended."
What to do:
- Email support@invoicequick.com. Our team reviews each case, but we can't promise it will be lifted.
- Paying for a plan doesn't lift it.
- While the company is disabled, your customers' invoice links don't open.
For more, see "Account suspended or disabled: why it happens and how to get back in".
FAQ
The app says "suspended". Which one is it? If you see Switch company and Check again, the owner suspended your access. If you were signed out with a reason, the company was disabled.
I'm the owner. How do I suspend someone? See Team members and roles.
My access was restored but I still see the message. Tap Check again in the app, or reload the page on the website.
